Notice: Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the 49th Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Alliance of Information and Referral Systems will be held on Wednesday, October 19th at 8:30 am EST at the Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor Hotel. The meeting will be held in person with an online option available.

Notice: Board Member Nominees

AIRS Governance Committee Chair Pamela Hillier reports excellent applications were received in a recent outreach for Board members. After a thoughtful review, the Governance Committee has accepted applications from the following members and their names are put forward for nomination at the upcoming AGM:  

• Shirley Southworth: 211 Northeast Michigan
• Gina Strafford-Ahmed: DuPage County Dept. of Community Services, Illinois
• Joshua Brent Pedersen: United Way Worldwide, Virginia
• Marta Garcia: National Rehabilitation Information Center (NARIC), Maryland
• Kim Clark: Council on Aging of Southwestern Ohio
• Zuri Bender: Aloha United Way 211, Hawaii  

We look forward to introducing the new Board members at the AGM.
