They were created by VIA LINK, which manages the 2-1-1 system for Southeast Louisiana. These sophisticated dashboards are visually appealing and include advanced maps and filters. In order to support I&R organizations during the pandemic, these dashboards have been turned into a simple template that organizations can customize and publish on their own websites. VIA LINK's team can walk you through the process, help you customize the visuals to match your own data and provide follow up support. This webinar will explain how the tool works and how to start using it. By making your data easily accessible during this crisis you can expand your organization's role during local decision making, inform the community and attract new funding. Director of Administration and Data for VIA LINK Andrew has spent years helping nonprofits adopt data practices that were developed in the private sector. He oversaw the creation of VIA LINK's dashboard system, which can be viewed at under the Explore Our Data header. As Manager of Strategic Initiatives for Graham Windham, he led the project that made Graham Windham the first social service agency in New York City to use predictive analytics in daily operations. He has presented at conferences about how social service agencies can use data visualization to improve results. Andrew lives in New Orleans with his wife and child.
