ENTERPRISE USERS | An All-Access Pass To Course Content & Past Conferences
Option 1: Enterprise Access
- Enterprise users will be granted access to all current and future AIRS paid content as subscribers. This includes courses, certification prep, practice tests, and archived virtual conference sessions. AIRS Webinars are already free to members.
- Enterprise Access Users also enjoy a 10% discount on virtual conferences.
- You can purchase subscriptions for community partners so they can enjoy AIRS training. This means you can give one of your subscriptions to anyone in or out of the organization so they can also access the training!
Costs and discounts:
- Subscribers are $5 per month/billed as $60 per year.
Terms:
- Your organization will choose how many subscriptions you want and work with the AIRS contract coordinator to fill out a spreadsheet containing the names and emails of those who will be granted subscriber status.
- Your organization will be billed at the beginning of your contract for all subscriber fees for that contract year. You can add subscriptions during the term of your agreement, and the amount will be prorated and billed at the end of your contract.
- Contracts are renewed annually on the anniversary of the original agreement.
- Subscription accounts are transferable from one user to another by request.
- The ALL ACCESS PASS does not include access to the annual AIRS Virtual Conference…but you get a 10% discount.
Option 2: Enterprise Creator
If your organization is ready to move beyond “access only” and wants to start creating your content and even customize existing AIRS Content, we have an option for you.
You can use the AIRS Learn platform as your own Learning Management System!
With this option, you will have:
- The same user access for your subscribers as Enterprise Access Users.
- The ability to create custom content, including courses, webinars, pages, and more.
- Administrative access so you can monitor the activities and achievements of your team.
- Ongoing support from the AIRS team.
- Opportunities to collaborate with other LMS Enterprise Users.
- Enterprise Creator Admins attend virtual conferences for free, and subscribers enjoy a 10% discount.
- You can assign subscriber status to community partners so they can enjoy AIRS training.
Costs and discount options.
- “Full Access Admin” users are $500 each or 3 for $1200. Additional admins are $500 each per year.
- You get unlimited “Reports Only Admin” users, 4 hours of training and support to be used at your discretion, and free registration to the AIRS Virtual Conference for all “Full Access Admins.”
- You can add subscribers(users) for $5 per month per person/$60 per person per year.
- AIRS Affiliates may purchase this product as a group
Terms:
- There is a one-time onboarding fee if you are a new user of $500, which includes up to 8 hours of customized training and support.
- Enterprise Creator users are responsible for adding and maintaining their user lists.
