Ruthann Weeks is a change agent and founder of Harmony In The Workplace. Ruthann’s efforts have helped to bring the importance of an abuse-free work environment to the forefront of public awareness.
Working as a Certified Community Resource Specialist in the human service sector, Ruthann went on to graduate as a Human Resource Manager. She is a Certified Psychological Safety Advisor and specializes in workplace bullying, sexual harassment, domestic violence, mental health, and diversity and inclusion.
In support of her belief that all dogs are therapy dogs, she is most usually found near her beloved German Shepherd, Trooper.
