Kristen Fogerty graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of St. Thomas. She began working at Greater Twin Cities United Way over 21 years ago as a Database Specialist for a youth information and referral line. Eighteen years ago, she became a 2-1-1 Resource Specialist. Sixteen years ago, she became an AIRS Certified Community Resource Specialist-Database Curator. Last year she was promoted to 2-1-1 Resource Program Manager of the database curator team. Her favorite color is purple, and her favorite books/television shows/movies are psychological thrillers. She lives in Hudson, Wisconsin, with her husband and Bichon Frise dog.

Sarah has a Master of Library and Information Studies degree from Dalhousie University and first entered the I&R world in 2014 with 211 Nova Scotia as the Database Manager. In 2018, she became an AIRS Database Reviewer for the Accreditation program and in 2020, she was hired as AIRS Staff. Sarah supports and manages the Certification program with the Certification Commission and is working to develop new ways AIRS can support its members through data analysis and reporting.

Lindsay Paulsen is the 211 Data Resource Manager at United Way of the Midlands in Omaha, NE. She has more than 15 years of experience in the I&R field. Lindsay is a member of the AIRS Board of Directors and chairs the Taxonomy Committee. She enjoys the great outdoors and spending time with her husband and three girls.
