Jesse has been guiding adults and kids alike through yoga, breathing and meditation practices since 2016 after traveling and studying in India where she received her first Yoga Teacher Certification. She is passionate about the body's biomechanics and brings in a strong focus on breath and alignment in her Yoga guidance. She is a kid at heart and loves helping people of all ages create a greater connection with themselves.
