Do you want to feel more in control over your own health and wellness? When demand is greater than our capacity, we experience stress. In this session, we will learn about one practical tool anyone can use on a regular basis to recognize and generate uplifts for their own health and well-being. 

After this session attendees will: 

  • Have a basic definition of stress
  • Understand importance of self-care
  • Have access to an uplifting tool for developing resilience and combatting stress.

Kate Hanson is Coach and CEO of Whole Life Wellness based in Roseville, Minnesota.  Kate brings 25 years of experience as a Social Worker in a non-profit setting, along with a master’s degree in Holistic Health Studies to her coaching practice.  Having experienced life-changing improvements to her health, Kate draws from those experiences and Holistic principles to guide and support others on their personal wellness path.  In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with the beautiful nature in her backyard and raingarden.
