Go beyond traditional diversity, equity, and inclusion practices to boldly create a lasting impact in your workforce, team, and community. Make connections with others, be inspired, build a playbook of implementable strategies to transform business workplaces and community culture into one of real inclusion. This "Cultural Awareness Tool" is not about asking people to change their values or core beliefs. Instead, the conversation on diversity, equity, and inclusion is about holding space for difficult-but-necessary conversations and being open to ideas, perspectives, and experiences, outside of your own.

Objectives:

  • Define and explain the benefits of diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
  • Recognize one’s own dimensions of diversity and what influences those dimensions.
  • Influence others by demonstrating diverse and inclusive behaviors to increase awareness and community impact.
  • Recognize other dimensions of diversity and explore how they influence your perception of the world and how the world sees you.
  • Appreciate and have empathy for others dimensions of diversity and how this informs relationship building.
  • Recognize opportunities for inclusive practices among all areas of opportunity in business and community.

Camica Credle

Camica Credle is the Chief Equipping Officer of Credle Consulting, President of Evolve YOUth, and Chief Executive of Credle Insurance Solutions Group in Toano, Virginia. Camica is a certified inspirational speaker, trainer, coach, and parent/family coach. She is a certified Human Behavioral (DISC) Consultant and a Life and Health Insurance Agent. She has a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations with a minor in Marketing and Criminal Justice. Camica continued post-graduate studies at Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia and obtained her Master of Science in Human Service Counseling/Life Coaching and Master of Arts in Management. Her mission is to impact and influence lives to help youth and adults reach their full potential and live a life of significance. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family and volunteering to be an advocate for senior and young adults.

He is one of the most talented and gifted business coaches, personal transformation coach, motivational teachers, and speakers in the United States today, as his material and presentation delivery continues to be recognized as one of the most practical, comprehensive, and transformational available anywhere today, as he has the ability to change the way we think about things, feel about things, and to make positive changes for all. He is a Life Member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. and enjoys spending his time traveling with his family and serving youth in the Metro Atlanta area.
