Monique Keels is a Manager of the Advice and Brief Services Helpline for Community Legal Services of Mid-Florida. Her experience includes overseeing effective service delivery of legal services within a twelve county coverage area concerning different legal matters on the Legal Helpline. My role is to enrich, equip, and empower front line Helpline Attorneys to to handle client legal needs. My past experience also includes projects concerning call flow management, and delivery of legal services through the use of AI technology ( chatbots). In her free time, she loves to mentor young ladies through her local ministry, and assist as a Volunteer Hearing Officer for Teen Court.
