Information and referral providers depend on solid outreach to inform the community about their programs. It can be a challenge, however, to develop a plan that meets the needs of their community and has built-in measures of success. This webinar’s presenters will describe how they developed their outreach plans, measure success, and refine those plans using ongoing data collection from their I&R software.
