Ryan Ward is a long-time public servant, having spent most of his career with 2-1-1 in Texas and New Jersey. Ryan has managed resource databases and CRMs broadly for two statewide networks and twice presented AIRS' National Conference "Taxonomy 101" course. Ryan is also an amateur musician, voiceover actor, and tabletop game designer. He resides in New Jersey with his wife, two sons, and three cats.
